For the first time ever I am traveling to Canada to teach the Jiu Jitsu I learned from the man himself, Rickson Gracie.

There are only two seminars and space is limited at both venues so register asap to reserve your spot. This will be my first trip to Canada to teach and I’m really excited to be able to share my jiu-jitsu and BLOW SOME MINDS.

I’ll be covering the Open Guard position in Montreal where we will talk in depth about the concept of making small adjustment’s to take away your opponents advantages and comfort and how to neutralize their attempts to control and pass.
The idea of taking away the elements your opponent needs in each position is one of the most profound and powerful concepts in all of jiu-jitsu. It’s why Black Belts would say they felt like White Belts when training with Rickson.
In Toronto I’ll be covering the Scarf hold position, one of the best positions to learn the ideas and concepts of weight distribution. This is one of the elements that made Rickson’s Jiu-Jitsu so powerful, the ability to apply pressure without using strength.
This position is also one of the most common positions in fighting and in all other grappling arts including wrestling, judo and catch wrestling but it is rarely used in Jiu-Jitsu. By understanding how to use this position effectively you can tire your opponent out within minutes, make them tap from just pressure alone and have the ability to apply numerous attacks that are almost unstoppable.

Can’t wait to meet all my Canadian Jiu-Jitsu brothers and sisters and share the incredible ideas and concepts that make jiu-jitsu such a gentle but devastating art.

Saturday August 12th I’ll be teaching in Montreal
August 13the I’ll be teaching in Toronto
I’m super happy to announce I’m finally coming to Canada to teach! PLEASE book your spot right away as all of my seminars this past year have sold out 100%.
