Fulfillment
All of our digital products are fulfilled automatically and will appear on your Hidden Jiu-Jitsu Library page.
Merchandise orders are shipped within 1-5 business days from when the order is placed. Once an order ships, you will be notified by email with tracking details.
Customer service days are Monday through Friday. Holidays and weekends are not included and no shipments are processed on those days.
We ship all orders USPS Priority Mail. Please note that this means it may take USPS 7 to 21 days to deliver your package. It is not a delivery guarantee from the time you place your order, and we are not responsible if USPS extends the delivery time after the order ships.
After an order leaves our warehouse, it is the sole responsibility of the carrier to deliver the order in good condition and in a timely manner. If an order arrives damaged, a claim must be filed with the carrier. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures of the damages. Failure to properly document damages may disqualify you from product replacement or reimbursement.
If an order is returned as undeliverable, a refund will be given minus the cost of shipping.
International Fulfillment Terms
Hidden Jiu-Jitsu, LLC ships worldwide and provides costs at checkout for shipping carrier rates. All import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Hidden Jiu-Jitsu, LLC does not provide information on what your country may charge at customs.
Packing slips for international shipments cannot be marked as "gift" or with altered prices. It's against the law!
If a package is lost in transit Hidden Jiu-Jitsu, LLC will work with you to determine the best options. Shipping will not be reimbursed to the customer if the tracking history shows the order was shipped.
USPS First Class Mail service does not provide tracking information or guarantee delivery after it leaves the United States. Packages that are not delivered using this mailing class will not be reimbursed. Hidden Jiu-Jitsu, LLC strongly recommends International packages be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International.
Refund Policy
All digital products are non-refundable due to the nature of the product being non-returnable and immediately accessible.

Our physical goods (Clothing & Gear) policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All returns are subject to a $5.00 returns fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or dirty for reasons not due to our error, will be rejected and a refund will not be given.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 4 business days.
